  • DTC: Skincare industry has a generic playbook which you can follow. Create a compelling offer, clear messaging on landing page & ads. Solawave is a great example of this.

🚩Cons

  • Margins: For skincare I feel like the margins are really bad. Look into finding new suppliers or raising prices to see if you can increase those margins so when it comes to advertising you’ll be more profitable on first order.
