🚗 Automotive & Transport: 8 Businesses For Sale 🚗

Cars break. That is the entire investment thesis, and it has not failed in a hundred years. The average vehicle on American roads is now over twelve years old, which means more repairs, more parts, and more revenue for whoever owns the shop. This issue collects every automotive and transport deal in our 68-deal pipeline, including one priced at 1.8x cash flow with the SBA math worked out for you below. Reply to this email with the deal number(s) and we will send you the details.

👋 Hey Team!

Welcome to all the new subscribers who joined this week!

How this issue works: deal numbers carry over from our master pipeline (Issues #221 through #228), so if you already replied about a deal, the number is the same. Note the numbers that interest you and reply to this email with them. Most of these businesses are off-market and appear nowhere else, and a real person on our team reads and answers every reply.

#57 - Two-Location Tire & Auto Repair Group

📍 Location: Cochran and Hawkinsville, GA 🏷️ Asking Price: Open to offers 🆔 Business ID: Confidential 💰 Cash Flow: ~10% margins 📈 Gross Revenue: $2,200,000 📊 Business Type: Tire Sales & Automotive Repair, Two Locations 🏠 Ownership: Owner Operated 🔥 Two Locations! | $2.2M Combined Revenue! | Owner Relocating, Wants Offers!

Key Highlights:
• Multi-site operations are worth more than the sum of their parts because overhead, purchasing, and management already scale across both.

• $2.2M in combined revenue in two established Middle Georgia communities where the shop is the shop.

• A 10% margin on tire and repair work sits below what disciplined operators achieve. Pricing, labor rates, and parts sourcing are all fixable levers.

• The owner is relocating and asked for offers rather than naming a number.

🚀 Growth Opportunities:
• Fleet accounts with local municipalities, schools, and agriculture operations are the standard margin upgrade in rural markets.

• A third location is a realistic 24-month move once the first two are systematized.

📌 Summary:
Two shops, seven figures of revenue, and a margin gap that an operator can close. This is a buy-and-improve story, not a buy-and-hold one.

#63 - Used Auto Sales Exchange

📍 Location: Orangevale, CA 🏷️ Asking Price: $150,000 🆔 Business ID: Confidential 💰 Cash Flow: Disclosed in diligence 📈 Gross Revenue: $2,100,000 📊 Business Type: Used Vehicle Sales / Exchange 🏠 Ownership: Owner Operated 🔥 Asking Is 7% of Revenue! | Licensed and Operating! | Sacramento Metro!

Key Highlights:
• The asking price is 7% of annual revenue. Used auto is inventory-heavy and low-margin by nature, so understanding the working capital picture is the entire diligence exercise.

• A dealer license, a lot, and a customer flow already exist. Building that from zero in California takes months.

• Orangevale sits in a growing suburban corridor with steady used-vehicle demand.

• The owner wants to move quickly, which is where the price comes from.

🚀 Growth Opportunities:
• In-house financing and service attachment are the two levers that turn thin used-car margins into real ones.

• Online listing discipline and reconditioning standards typically add several points of gross per unit.

📌 Summary:
A low entry price on real volume. Ask hard questions about inventory financing and floor plan before you get excited, and we will help you ask them.

🔒 Confidentiality: Financials available upon NDA.

🧮 Deal Math of the Week: Running #18 Through an SBA Structure

Deal #18 below is a transmission repair shop asking $450,000 on $250,000 of cash flow. Here is roughly how that finances.

Equity injection: SBA requires a minimum of 10%, so about $45,000 down.

Loan amount: roughly $405,000 over a 10-year term.

Annual debt service: at approximately 9.75%, about $63,500 a year.

Cash flow after debt: $250,000 less $63,500 leaves about $186,500 before your own salary.

Coverage: roughly 3.9x debt service coverage, comfortably above the 1.25x lenders look for.

Those are illustrative figures on owner-reported numbers, not a quote, and every one of them moves with verified financials and your lender's terms. But it shows why trades and auto deals at low multiples clear underwriting so easily. Reply and we will run this same math on any deal in the pipeline.
